The challenge
Finding a trustworthy plumber, electrician, or home service provider in India is largely informal and unverified — customers rely on word of mouth, with no central place to compare ratings, availability, or credentials.
Our solution
We built FixiFind, a multi-sided marketplace web app with three distinct user roles: customers searching by city and service, verified providers managing their listings, and area managers overseeing quality across each region. Providers go through a manual approval process before appearing live, and customers can browse, compare, and book based on real ratings and reviews.
